To place an order online, please follow these steps:
- Browse our website and select the items you wish to purchase. Add them to your cart.
- If you have any specific requests or additional information, you can include them in the cart note box located at the bottom of the page.
- Proceed to the checkout page. It is crucial to provide complete and accurate information in all the required fields. This information will be used to contact you regarding the confirmation and delivery of your orders.
- After placing your order, you will receive an automated email immediately. This email will contain a comprehensive order summary and instructions for the next steps, including payment. - To complete your order, email us a proof of payment (a screenshot or transaction slip) in reply to the order summary email you received. Please note that all orders must be fully paid for before they can get scheduled for production or shipment.

STANDARD SCHEDULE
Cabaña Home (without Personalization): After your order has been confirmed and payment has been made, you can expect your items to be shipped within 1-3 business days in Metro Manila and 5-7 business days for provincial areas. We prioritize prompt processing and delivery for our non-personalized Cabaña Home products, ensuring you receive them in a timely manner.
Cabaña Workshop (with Personalization): For personalized items from Cabaña Workshop, the production timeline may range from 14-21 business days (2-3 weeks) for Metro Manila and 14 -28 business days (2-4 weeks) for provincial areas. This timeframe accounts for factors such as the quantity of items ordered and the current season. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been made, our skilled artisans will begin crafting your personalized items with meticulous attention to detail.
Please note that the specified timelines are estimates and can vary depending on the specific product and order volume. We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, and our team will keep you informed regarding the progress of your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we create and deliver your customized Cabaña Workshop items.
BULK ORDERS AND PEAK SEASON
Peak orders refer to periods when there is a high demand for our products, such as during holidays or special occasions. During peak seasons, the volume of order increases, which may require additional time to process and fulfill.
Bulk orders refer to larger quantities of a particular item or multiple items placed in a single order. These orders may require additional time for production and preparation due to the larger quantity involved.
To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your orders in advance, especially for peak seasons or when ordering in bulk. Ordering before September, for example, allows us ample time to process your request and ensures that you receive your personalized items in a timely manner. Planning ahead helps us meet your expectations and ensures a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Shipping & Handling
Our headquarters is located in Parañaque, Metro Manila, and we offer shipping services throughout the Philippines, both locally (within Metro Manila) and domestically (anywhere outside Metro Manila). Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your orders directly from our HQ.
You have the option to pick up your items at our headquarters in Parañaque. Once your orders have been paid for and confirmed, we will send you an email containing the exact address and pickup schedule. Please note that the pick-up and delivery dispatch are only available during business days, Mondays through Saturdays, from 10am to 4pm only.
Do note that by choosing a third-party-on-demand delivery service to pick up your order, Cabaña Workshop will not be held liable for any issues that may occur after the package has been turned over. This also means that it is your responsibility to track and coordinate the delivery with the service provider.
At Cabaña Workshop, we take care to package your items securely and in line with our quality standards. This means that every item that comes out of our shop will include a primary and secondary packaging.
Primary Packaging: The standard packaging for each item is as defined in the product description.
Secondary Packaging: For added convenience and branding, we include secondary packaging such as paper bags and extra wrapping. This helps to ensure that your items are well-protected during transit.
Please note that additional packaging options such as gift tags, ribbons, boxes, and bubble wrap are not automatically included with your order, unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. However, we are more than happy to accommodate your specific packaging preferences upon request. Please keep in mind that requesting additional packaging options may incur an additional cost.

- Domestic shipping fees will be shouldered by the client and settled upon delivery.
- By choosing this service, we handle the packing and shipment of your item to the third-party logistics provider. We will provide you with the tracking number for easy monitoring.
- Orders without personalization that have been confirmed and paid for, will be processed and delivered within 5-7 business days (1 week); and with personalization about 14-28 business days (2-4 weeks). Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the specific product and current demand. Please note that these estimates are provided by our partner courier and we are not liable for any delays once the package has been sent.
- For orders outside Metro Manila, we utilize LBC as our courier.
Shipping Fee Computation and Payment:
- Paid to Cabaña Workshop: A flat fee of P300 for bagged or boxed items covers logistics preparation and coordination.
- Paid directly to third-party logistics company: Domestic shipping fees are the responsibility of the client and will be settled upon delivery.

International Orders
At this time, we do not offer international shipping as a standard option. Gifting and Bulk Orders
Absolutely! We understand the joy of gifting, and we are delighted to assist you in making your purchase a special gift for someone. When placing your order, you can easily indicate that it is a gift by providing the recipient’s name, complete contact information, and shipping address in the separate Shipping Address option during checkout.
Our items do not come with physical price tags, and our billing/sales invoices are sent digitally to the email address provided during the checkout process. This ensures a seamless and convenient gifting experience.

We offer E-gift Cards for your convenience, which you can purchase from our website. Our E-Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively on our online shop. Please note that E-Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed in any physical store pop-up location.
Once paid for, you will receive the E-gift card in the email you provide, and you may forward this to your gift recipients or use them yourself!
These gift cards do not expire and they can be used multiple times for as long as there are still credits on the account. Do note, however, once the gift card code is used, it can not be reversed anymore. To use, just enter the unique gift card code found at the checkout section of the site.It’s a perfect option for gifting and allows the recipient to choose their favorite items from our online selection.
Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges
We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before making the final payment to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Cancellation requests after order placement may be made before the payment is completed. If you would like to cancel your order, simply get in touch with us before you process your payment so we can edit your orders.
We cannot guarantee cancellation AFTER payment as we process orders immediately after payment has been validated. Please note that all orders that have been fully paid and processed are considered final, and we are unable to offer refunds or changes to the order. However, if the order has not been processed yet, we will assess the possibility of cancellation and inform you accordingly.
For urgent concerns regarding cancellations, we recommend calling our customer service hotline for immediate assistance.
We strive to deliver high-quality, hand-made products that you will love. However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, we have a straightforward policy.
- We must be notified within 3 days upon receipt of item (follow the proper process as stated below)
- Personalized or customized items, including those with fabric or color selections, as well as monogrammed items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchange is applicable only for the same item in cases of defects and incorrect items. If the desired item is unavailable, we will provide a refund or store credit as an alternative.
- We will allow requests to exchange only non personalized and non customized items for as long as we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of item, and within 72 hours of return. Please note that for requests to exchange item, the customer shall be responsible for courier fees and other fees in relation to logistics.
- We will assume responsibility for arranging the pick-up and delivery of the replacement item at no additional cost to you, in instances where we are accountable for errors, such as defective or incorrect items or misspelled embroidery.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange as per our assessment.
Items that eligible for return or exchange include:
- Incorrect item delivery: if we have mistakenly delivered the wrong item to you.
- Defective or broken items: If the product is damaged and faulty upon receipt.
Please note that all products for return or exchange should follow our standard operating procedures (SOP) and undergo assessment before we accept them. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of items for return or exchange based on our assessment.

- Customer Responsibility: Please note that the customer is responsible for the delivery of the items requested for exchange to and from our shop. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the items.

While we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers, we do not accept requests for refunds. However, we do offer store credit as an alternative, which can be used within a limited time period. Please note that refunds can only be given in the following scenarios:
- Fault of the seller: If we have made an error in delivering the incorrect item or if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will gladly issue a refund.
- Item not available: In the event that the item you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will provide a refund for the amount paid.

Product Care Guide (Cleaning, Washing, Drying)
Hand wash items:
- All toiletry bags (ladies and men’s), totes, suitcase organizers, jewelry pouches, stuff bags, terry pouches, hot water and ice bags, multi-purpose pouch, multi colored pouch, travel tissue covers, hanging garment bag should be hand washed separately to prevent bleeding of color
- Use mild detergent and luke warm water.
- Gently scrub the fabric with your hands.
- Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
- Squeeze out excess water and hang to dry in a well ventilated area.
Machine wash items:
- Bed Sheet sets, laundry bags, shoe bags, and other flat items can be washed in a washing machine.
- Use a gently or delicate cycle with cold water
- Use a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics.
- Avoid mixing them with heavy or rough fabrics that can cause damage.
- After washing, remove them from the washing machine and lay flat or hang to dry
- Do not put them in the dryer, as the heat may damage the lining.
- Hand wash with mild detergent: Fill a basin or sink with lukewarm water and add a small amount of mild detergent. Gently agitate the linen fabric in the soapy water, paying attention to any stained or soiled areas. Rinse thoroughly with clean water
- Machine wash in mesh bag: If you prefer machine washing, place your linen fabric items in a mesh laundry bag to protect them. Use a gentle cycle with lukewarm water. Avoid using bleach, as it can weaken and damage the fibers.
- Hang the linen to dry: After washing, gently squeeze out the excess water from the linen fabric item without wringing or twisting. Hang it to dry in a well ventilated area.
- Ironing and Starching: Linen tends to wrinkle, but it can easily be ironed to regain a crisp appearance. For best results, iron the linen item while it is still damp. Use a medium to high heat setting. You may also spray a small amount of starch on the linen fabric before ironing to help maintain its crispness.
By following these care instructions, you can help maintain the shape and appearance of your crocheted items with raffia fabric, while also preserving the integrity of the lining inside.
- Soak the crocheted items in water with a mild detergent: Fill a basin or sink with lukewarm water and add a small amount of mild detergent. Place the crocheted items in the soapy water and let them soak for a short period. Gently swish them around to ensure they are fully immersed.
- Spot clean the fabric part: If there are any stains or spills on the fabric part of the placemat or coaster, use a clean cloth or sponge to gently blot the area. Avoid rubbing harshly, as it may damage the fabric or affect the lining inside.
Hang to dry: After soaking and spot cleaning, remove the crocheted items from the soapy water and gently squeeze out the excess moisture. Avoid wringing or twisting the items, as this can cause the lining to crumple or lose its shape. Instead, carefully shape and lay them flat on a clean towel or hang them to dry in a well ventilated area.
